2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure bookings. Rates are per room per night and are subject to change without notice.

2.1 Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: One night's charge
• No-shows: Full stay charge

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and safety of other guests and staff. Wymvora reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our conduct policies.

5. Property Rules

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
• Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Room occupancy limits must be strictly observed

6. Liability

Wymvora is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests' personal property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables in the provided in-room safes.
